The short version first.

Last updated: May 31, 2026

CareLoom is in early development. Right now, the only thing we collect is the email address you give us so we can let you know when we're ready. We don't sell it. We don't share it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

If you'd rather have the longer, plainer-English version, here it is.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect:

That's it. We don't ask for your name, your phone number, your address, or any information about the person you care for.

What we do with it

We use your email to let you know when CareLoom is ready, and occasionally to share meaningful updates along the way — never more than that. If you skipped the optional questions, we have nothing else. If you answered them, we use those answers in aggregate (alongside everyone else's) to think about how to build CareLoom and how to price it. We don't tie individual answers to individual emails for any external purpose.

Who can see it

You and us. Your email is stored in Tally, the form service we use to collect waitlist signups. Tally is a third-party tool that has its own privacy practices (tally.so/help/privacy-policy). We don't sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else. We don't run ad-retargeting pixels on this page, and we don't pass your information to advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies and tracking

This landing page doesn't set tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare to host the site, which keeps minimal server logs for security and reliability (standard practice for any website). If you arrive here from a Facebook ad, Facebook may know that you clicked the ad on their end — that's between you and Facebook, not something we control.

How long we keep it

We'll keep your email until either (a) we launch CareLoom and you become a user, or (b) you ask us to delete it, or (c) we decide not to build CareLoom after all — in which case we'll delete the whole list and let you know.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Just email us at hello@getcareloom.com and we'll handle it. No forms, no friction.

Children

CareLoom is intended for adults coordinating care for adult loved ones. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we ever do by accident, we delete it.

When this might change

This is an early-stage privacy notice for an early-stage product. When CareLoom actually launches — and starts handling health-related information about the people you care for — we'll publish a much more detailed privacy policy that reflects how that data is encrypted, stored, and protected, including any HIPAA-aligned safeguards required. We'll let you know via email if anything material changes.

Questions

If something here doesn't make sense, or you just want to ask a human, email hello@getcareloom.com. A real person will read it.
